The backup job information is stored in c:\program data\aquarius is consultancy\AISBackup, The Program Data folder is normally hidden. Renaming backup file extension
This problem has been repaired and will be available from the next release of AISBackup. The problem only affected backup to network drives except backup to network connected external drives.

Rename extension not working
The rename should work but certain backup types may not have been tested enough.
Please e-mail the .buz file for this backup and I will try and replicate the problem.

Hide buttons
This request is on the list of things to look at, and I am sorry for not replying earlier.
I have however confirmed your finding and 'Hide' does not work for buttons. and disable does not work for 'Preview'

What is the full message asking for the reinstate?

This problem should be fixed by removing the backup from the list, but 'keep' the actual backup. Have you tried with / without 'passive mode'?
Manage Backup / Change Backup Job Settings / FTP Settings
It may also be worth checking that the latest firmware is installed on the Zyxel. I have been using an older Zyxel (NSA320) for several years for a few daily backups without problem.

Registration NUmber
The registration number probably changed when you upgraded to Windows 10.The registration number is not actually used in the registration process, we use the key file instead. The registration number is required for trial users that request an extension to the trial.

E-mail faling to send
I have uploaded a pre-release version of AISBackup that displays the error returned by the SMTP interface. The long delay you experienced was consistent with my findings when an incorrect port is used and will probably return a 'timeout' message.
