Formatting a CD with Ahead (Nero) INCD.

1. Insert a blank CD-RW into your CD Writer drive, INCD should launch automatically if not double click the INCD Icon in the system tray.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions. To change the write speed select the Properties button when displayed, see below.

3. At the time of writing the write speed could not be changed in Windows XP, which is a shame.

4. Choose a name that identifies the CD as part of a backup set, so change the default name from INCD to something like BACK01, BACK02 etc.

5. Once the CD has been formatted you may use it with AISBackup.
