I have a folder on my D disk, named "40titude". I needed to restore it but could not find it listed among the other folders on that drive (it was not a new folder).
Furthermore, when I tried to report this as a bug, I got as far as hitting "send" when the program locked up and I had to use CTRL-ALT-DEL to get out of it.
So, there are two problems:
1. Failure to recongize a folder "40titude" and using the bug report process
Suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Failure to backup a folder
Found the answer to one problem, not the other
I found the cause of the failure to back up one folder - for some reason or other it was not checked in the list of things to back up.
But I still would like to be able to fix the ability to report a bug.
Thank you.

Bug Reporting
Hi
The AISBackup bug report option can only work with MAPI compliant e-mail systems. If you use Outlook or Outlook Express the Send option should work okay. Will you try this again please?
We will add a ‘Copy to Clipboard’ option so that you may paste the bug report into an e-mail system that is not supported by AISBackup.

Unable to use bug report feature
I have no idea whether my email is MAPI compliant - don't even know what it means.
I am using Pegasus.
Thank you.
