CD-writer not remembering last write-speed

Hi,
just another suggestion: it would be nice if the CD-writer-interface could remember the last write-speed used. Now it always starts with 1x selected and the backup takes quite a long time if i forget to switch to a higher speed.

AISBackup should be remembering the last write speed used, this is different for CD-RW and CD-R. We will check this part of the code.
We know for a fact that re-using CD-RW a few times causes read errors when the CD is written at maximum speed this is why we default to the lowest speed rather than the highest. Perhaps we should have a 'Use this speed' instead of using the last speed used by AISBackup?

at least between two backup-sessions it does not remember the speed actually. I´m not shure at the moment if the speed is remembered for the second CD within one session.

If you expect problems with always remembering the last speed used by AISBackup maybe you could remember the speed during one session with the same CD-type (CD-R or CD-RW) and for a CD wich has already been used (e.g. when appending to a CD from an older session)?

This has been altered to remember the last speed selected by the User rather than the last speed used by the CD Writer (this could be < selected if the media cannot be used with the selected speed).
