Caching software

Some software that speed up HDDs use SSDs as cache.
They move the most used files to SDD for faster access.
It works great. But....

How do I backup files that get moved around by such software?
I could backup both drives but I see several issues with that:
a] Takes longer.
b] The sessions may get messed up because the files looks to be deleted.
c] Different file versions at different drives?

Is there a recomended way to handle such situations? (FuzeDrive, StoreMI)

SSD disk cache

I should imagine that no software on the PC has to change how files are accessed when this type of disk cache software is installed, this should be the same for AISBackup. Access to files is logical and the underlying hardware implementation should be ‘invisible’, as it is with the different types of disk RAID.
