Version 5.0.0.477 Problem with Multiple Destination Disks

Post by JohannesH » Sat Sep 02, 2017 7:41 am

Hi!
I upgraded to new version 5.0.0.477 and since that a Backup-Job defined to use multiple destination disks does not work any more. It is easy to reproduce the problem with a simple testjob.

My scenario:

Disk H: [BACKUP01]
Disk M: [BACKUP02]
(both internal disks)

When starting this job the window to select the destination drive is displayed:
M: [BACKUP01]
M: [BACKUP02]
=> Both Backup destination disks are listed with the same drive letter M: (which is wrong)
=> It does not allow to enter the drive letter H: manually

It looks like a bug in this new version?

Any ideas?

Problem with multiple backup destinations

I cannot understand how AISBackup got released with this problem as backup to multiple destinations is an important feature. Please try the version in the link below, if all is okay this version will be released early next week.

Hi Barry!

Thank You for answering during the weekend!
I downloaded and installed this new version 478.
First tests show that the feature with multiple destinations works OK again.

Thank You
Great Help here :D
