EAccessViolation when attempting validate
Posted: Mon Nov 30, 2015 6:34 am
Hi Barry,
My computer crashed during a backup so I thought it's probably a good idea to validate the backup. The backup that was running when it crashed doesn't appear in the session list at all so I suspect there would be orphaned files hanging around?
So I tried to run a validate backup but it aborts with EAccessViolation exceptions. I tried it twice. Any idea what's going on?
There seems to be quite a few different options for validating a backup, which one do you recommend after a computer crash during backup?
Thanks
Martin
