I went ahead and uninstalled 1.6 before I upgraded to 1.7 and now the app doesn't know that I am a registered user.

I was looking for the *.key file but no luck.

We actually have two versions of the app running, one for each server, and I installed the second one without any problems but I still don't see a *.key file on that machine

any ideas?

Have you got a backup of the AISBackup.key file that you can restore?

Please send a re-trial e-mail using the e-mail address that you originally registered AISBackup under and our system will automatically return the key file to you.
