Hi we have been backing up every day since may 23rd May to a NAs device. The last few backups have failed with the above msg. The NAS is operating correctly and files are being written to it from another copy of AIS Backup on another server without issue. Can anyone help resolve this?
AIS VER 3.2.0.428
Server 2003 SP2
The NAS is a TS-XL8E0 - TS-X8.0TL/R5 Firmware 1.59
Backup to: Network Ext Drive [\\TS-XL8E#0\Folder\]
Destination [XD]:\May182013\backup.zip
The NAS is only 1/3 full.
Regards
Andy

NAS backup will not start
It may be worth re-establishing the link to the backup on the NAS by doing the following:
First: Remove the backup job, but DO NOT delete the backup when asked , click KEEP.
Manage Backup / Remove Backup Job From List / Yes / Keep
Second: Reinstate the backup:
Tools / Open Job From Backup Media / (locate the backup on the NAS) open the <job name>.bdb file / To re-instate answer YES / To Restore only answer NO
