When doing a System restore from diskette and having selected Option 4
"AIS Emergency Restore" do I have to load Smartdrive by typing A:\smartdrv or will this be used automatically? I have copied the file to the diskette.

Smatrdrv is called automatically, but, if the backup destination drive is on a disk that has just been formatted you should call smartdrv manually.

If the restore seems slow it is often much quicker to inturrupt it (ctrl & C), run smartdrv and then start the restore again (no need to delete files that have been installed).

The current zip file must be completed before CTRL & C break in is actioned.
