When I attempt to create a new job using the New Job tab, I get the following error: Windows No Disk Exception Processing Message. But when I create a new job using the Custom Job tab, I do not get this error.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled AISBackup, to no avail.
I am running WinXP SP3.
TIA for any help that anyone can provide.

Windows No Disk
No disk exception
Does the new job show at all - even if it is blank?
Some disk corruptions may cause an error like this it may be worth running a check disk on the installed disks (from explorer right click the disk choose properties / Tools / Check Now).
If there are some external drives connected try rem, oving these first (just to see if the new job form is displayed then)

No Disk
Is this the Cancel, Try Again, Continue error message?
If it is then this will be fixed in the next release, but it would help if you let me know where the message pops up - before the display, after clicking a source of beckup or after clicking the destination of backup.

Post subject: No disk exception
I think this is fixed now (build 400), is it?

Re: Windows No Disk
Hi Duncan, were you able to figure this out yet? I would suggest to send a screen shot as well.Duncan wrote:When I attempt to create a new job using the New Job tab, I get the following error: Windows No Disk Exception Processing Message. You're never a loser until you quit trying.
