I set AISB to remove MS Exclusions and ticked the Backup Microsoft Exclusions box. I hope that's the way to actually backup the exclusions!
I noticed that I got the error message:

21:12:45 EXCEPTION Component: RemoveMS
I've not seen this before, so can only assume it's to do with the instruction regarding the MS exclusion.
The backup then continued normally. Out of interest, how can I reset the job so that the MS exclusions return (if you see what I mean!).
