I'm getting this same message on two different systems at two different places.

System1: disk to disk copy seems to happen during the open file back up and program seems to hang.

System 2 disk to disk copy seems to happen during the backup and program shuts down, but leaves cue cards active.

BTW - on system2 a normal backup to an external drive works fine.

Exact error message in both logs is "EXCEPTION Exception: EAccessViolation: Access violation at address 0064EF02 in module 'AISBACKUP.exe'. Read of address 00000000"

Please send the job log for these errors so that I can get some idea where the error is occurring, if the copy job is a manual copy using the Tools / Disk to Disk Copy option then the copy log can be found in Backup Reports / Last Copy Log. You may use the Copy Log button to copy the log to the clipboard from where you can paste it into this forum (Ctrl & V).

Please also ensure that you are using version 2.7 of AISBackup.
