Allthought I successfully do a "Test FTP Connection" I get the message "Failed to attach to: <ip address>". What am I doing wrong here?

I've tested the FTP job. It has nothing to do with the workgroup. When you change the userid/password to a unauthorized Remote Root folder then the test FTP connection goes well (with a warning) but every Remote Root folder change results in the message "Failed to attach to: <ip address>". Even when you change the Remote Root folder to an authorized folder the message appears. This can only be solved by a restart of AISBackup. Then it will work.
