Files could not be restored when tested

After working well for some time, I have started to get session reports indicating that a number of files could not be restored when tested. It is only happening with my laptop, which is connected to my network drive by WLAN.

What's likely to be the problem?

I am using version 2.6.0.324 and Windows XP SP2. The backup to is 'Network Drive' and the backup destination is \\NET-BACKUP\Backup\Janet's Laptop Backup\Janet's Laptop C Drive Backup\Laptop C Drive\Laptop C Drive.zip

Following a small but significant number of reports of AISBackup failing the test phase over a network an option to backup locally and then transfer the each backup file to the network backup destination was implemented.

Please see Manage Backup / Change Backup Job Settings / Create backup file then copy to media option.

Barry,

I am now using the 'create backup file then copy to media' option, but I still regularly getting Test Failed messages and then that a Backup Zip file was empty and deleted.

Can you help?
