Lockup on large file backup II

Original post and bug report went out on the 19th of December. I still lock up backing up the first section of a large file. I sent a 3rd bug report but have not heard anything yet. It's a great program but since the upgrade it has crashed my system 3 times and I have no backups. What can I do to fix this?

What is the name and size of the huge file?
If you exclude this huge file from the backup does AISBackup complete successfully?
Try running a scandisk on the source volume and re-run the backup.
