I have ais 2.4 and roxio creator 9
i am restoring from 2 dvdes ais askes for dvd 1 roxio drag to disk sayes it is busy and i cannot ejuech dvd2 help

AISBackup reading DVD's
When AISBackup reads DVD's it uses standard Microsoft interfaces, and in the case of direct to DVD this is done via Roxio Drag to Disc. If there is a problem reading the disc then Roxio may hang on to the disc.
Try copying the files from the DVD to the hard drive (I hope you have room to do this), i.e. access the DVD using Microsoft Explorer and not by using AISBackup.
I think, but am not 100% sure that you can disable Roxio Drag to disc, maybe then AISBackup can read the DVD, however the symptoms you describe usually indicate a corrupt disc.
You did not mention if the disc was made using the direct to DVD (Drag to disc) interface or AISBackup's build in disc writer, which was it
