email fails when using task scheduler

If I run a backup job from with-in aisbackup the option to send a email log works fine. If I run the same job from the task scheduler I receive no email. I have all the options ticked under email settings (incl send if autorunning). Transport mechanism is set to aisbackup smtp interface.

Grateful for any assitance.

Auto-run e-mail

I have tested this here and the e-mail is sent from an auto-run job. Is the auto-run job running in the same user account as the non-interactive job?

Try setting up another small job with the appropriate Manage Backup / Change Backup Job Settings / E-mail Log Options set to run a a minute or two for the current user (leave the password blank on the schedule).

If you are running the schedule in another user account the e-mail settings will have to be set-up for that account: Log in to the 'backup' user account and use the Tools / Program Settings and Options / E-mail Settings option to set-up the AISBackup SMTP server.

If the problem persists please send me the job files using the Help / Bug Report option.

This seems to be working - seems like a problem between user and keyboard.
