Lockup on huge file backup

Installing the new version over the old copy of backup was easy. However, the first part of the back up to cd went as expected. When it tried to copy the info in the application data file (listed by the program as a huge file), it locked up. Cont. alt del was not able to get out of the program. I had to hard reboot. This caused a crash. How can I get back to the previous version. Or how to I remedy this problem

Will you send us a bug report and attach the script and log files of the failing script please.

The actual backup phase of the huge file backup has not changed. Indeed changes to the huge file backup have been to prevent AISBackup repeatedly failing with error 101.

I did send a bug report on the day of incident about 1 week ago, I will try again now.
