I need to know: when using AIS Backup to backup to CDs when do I need to use "formated" CDs ?
With the AIS Backup CD Writer,
Using a packet writing system
or a third party mastering system

Hi Mike

AISBackup CD Writer uses Blank CD's.

Third Party CD Writer's like Nero Burning ROM, Roxio Easy CD Creator and many more use Blank CD's.

Packet Writing System like Nero INCD, Roxio DirectCD and PacketCD use Formatted CD's Some Packet Writing system's cannot use CD-R.

AISBackup asks for an appropriate CD, e.g. 'Please load a blank CD' or 'Please load a CD that has been formatted for the packet writing system: <NAME>'
