My HD crashed and I have installed a new one. Obviously I need to reload AIS but how do I get the proper information to convert from the 30 day version to a permanent one? I'm using Windows XP.
Also, with a current version of AIS up and running, how do I restore from a backup? The comventional method doesn't work because my HD has no "memory" of the various backups? I hope I've made myself clear.
Thank you.

Key file
Did you backup the AISBackup program folder? The key file, aisbackup.aik, if likely to be on a backup. Another key has been sent to you just in case it was not backed up.
To pen an existing backup use the Tools / Open Job from Backup Media option and choose re-instate when asked.
