Is it possible, it is because user was not logged in, but there is M parameter in job (Give completion message) ?

VSS_BAD_STATE
The exception indicates a problem with Microsoft's product Volume Copy Shadow Service (VSS). Does the copy work when run from an interactive administrator account?
I will try and find out why VSS_BAD_STATE is been reported.
VSS is used to copy and backup 'opened exclusive' and locked files.
When version 2.3 of AISBackup is released we are going to introduce a third party interface called File Access Manager, this has proved to be more reliable than VSS, however there is a charge for FAM.
