Back up window closes

windows xp pro - all sp's
ftp back ups

I have created a short cut for a job on the desktop top which ran fine until about an hour ago. I have been testing the job and have run it many times.

Now when the job is launched the job progress back up window appears and the nag screen counts down. When the nag screen times out or the OK button is clicked the back up progress window closes and the job does not take place.

I can run the job interactively from the full software.

Any suggestions welcome

We will run some tests on this, but:

There may be an error message in the c:\program files\aquarius is consultancy\aisbackup\database\<job name>.log file, please zip and send this file to us.

Are you running a full backup each time?

Another thought

Have you got run once per day selected on the shortcut?

This is the target without Once Per day

"C:\Program Files\Aquarius IS Consultancy\AISBackup\AISBACKUP.exe" ftpjob|CEMZ

This is the target with Once Per day

"C:\Program Files\Aquarius IS Consultancy\AISBackup\AISBACKUP.exe" ftpjob|CEMZO

Just remove the O to fix the problem.

Yes, removing the O allowed the job to run again.
