When I try to test email I get the following error
EIdSocketError: Socket Error # 11004
The email was working at one point, then it just stopped. I have rebooted, but still ahve the same problem

An 11004 error means that the name you provided for the Tools / Program Options / E-mail Settings / SMTP Server cannot be resolved to an IP address because DNS entries for that host name cannot be found or connection cannot be resolved to an IP address because DNS entries for that host name are miss-configured (for example a CNAME record without an appropriate A record).
Try using the actual IP address, this can be found by pinging the existing SMTP address on a computer where the address can be resolved.
And AISBackup must be allowed access to the internet through any Firewall.
