Can I transfer my multiple session cd zips to a single session dvd and then run back up and restore as usual. I want to compact my many cd backups to a few dvds. Thanks. Kennrik.

CD backups must be moved to DVD via a hard disk, unfortunately this disk must be able to store the whole backup.

Use the change Manage Backup / Change Backup Destination option for each of these steps.

While the backup is on disk you may prune sessions from the beginning and end of the backup. From version 2 of AISBackup any session can be removed from the backup as we are introducing an improved session based backup. A beta version of 2.0 should be uploaded later today (19 November 2004)
