Problems with Build 212
Problems with Build 212
I couldn't get any of my backups (to CD) to work yesterday and I spent a lot of time trying to find the problem (trying new discs, using my CD lens cleaner, creating a new [test] job, etc). I noticed however that a new build (213) had appeared on the Web site, so I downloaded it and tried a backup. I only had time to try the one backup, but it worked OK, so I'm hoping that the problem has been solved.

build 213 hanges
The changes in 213 were:
The rather superfluous ‘skins’ had become almost monochrome owing to AISBackup been compiled on an NT4 build that only supported 16 colours. This resulted in the internal images been changed to 16bit colour. Luckily we had a backup of the full colour images to restore.
The other fault was to do with drag and drop restore owing to a fault replacing path names when the destination was to a sub folder of the original file location.
There were no changes to the CD writer interface.

Re: build 213 hanges
Strange, because all seems to be working now. Perhaps my installation had become corrupted in some way. I'll report back if I have any further problems.Barry wrote:The changes in 213 were:
