Debugging CDR hang
Posted: Fri Apr 09, 2004 8:28 pm
Recently, AISBACKUP 1.8 (and other versions) starting hanging while writing a CDR. These hangs are unpredictable but usually occur within five minutes of starting a job. Other programs also seem to be having problems with sustained writing to the drive.
I reinstalled the drivers and packet writing software with no success. I even swapped the drive out with a new one but I still have the problem.
Windows XP SP1, AISBACKUP 1.8, Roxio DirectCD (unknown version).
Anyone have any ideas?
