saved my backside

Hi,
I ran across a 120GB disk a few weeks ago - cheap. I decided to finally implement a backup copy of my main system.

Tried most of the other well-known apps for backup. None really worked as advertised.

Tried AISBackup - worked great. Stored backups of my system on the new "found" drive.

What luck! Last Saturday, Windows booted and said "New errors found, your drive may be failing", "We suggest you replace your hard drive."

They weren't kidding. It died.

Bought a new drive. Copied what I could from the old. Restored the rest from the AISBackups. Now I am back in business, barely missing a beat.

Sometimes you slip in mud, but land in a bed of roses.

Thanks,
Barry.
