Hello Barry, Sorry for the delay. I can install AISFAM, but I cannot run the Program to get the keys to the tray, since I'm out of the trial period. After installing (even though out of trial period), I can no longer print. Opening AISBackup does not help. Stopping the service using net stop famv4 o...

AISFAM on Terminal Server
Hello, Printing was not working on my Terminal Server Win 2008 R2. It was due to a conflict with AISFAM. Apparently the same problem could arise if an antivirus program is scanning network shares. I could continue using AISFAM if: - there were a possibility to deactivate it on the network shares and...

AISBackup on Server 2008 x64 Edition
Hello Barry,
Do you remember me? http://www.aiscl.co.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=643
I just installed AISFAM 4.5.0, and it did NOT give me a blue screen!
That means, I can continue using your great product even with my new servers!

Build 339 corrected all my issues
Hello, thanks for your good work on build 339.
With backup of opened files disabled:
It not only changed the logging of opened files from error into warnings, but it also handles VSS correctly and gives no more errors in the Windows event logs.

Backup completed with errors
Hello Barry, I have one more question about my Server 2008 x64 installation. My solution is now as follows: Backup the system partition weekly with MS Backup solution Backup the file server shares with AISBackup. Since VSS doesn't work on x64, I unchecked in the Backup Job settings 'Backup opened ex...

AISBackup works now on network shares
Dear Barry, I could now successfully backup my server using a scheduled task! I still get a bluescreen with AISFAM (In the first 10 minutes running the server. It can be triggered by exploring the network with Windows Explorer - Netwok neighborhood). I tried install/uninstall several times. Once I g...

first impression is good!
Hello Barry,
Thank you very much for your top support.
I begun testing build 338, and it looks good. It runs interactively, and is now running from a .cmd file. I have to test to run it as a scheduled task.
I will give you the complete results once I finished the tests

Errors consitently persisting...
To answer the questions: \\pc-lm\y is the root of a disk I tried to map the network in Manage Backup / Change Backup Destination , but it is impossible. I always get the error 1222: The network is not present or not started. The problem remains the same if I run AISBackup interactively, with a batch...

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately the issues are not resolved. I installed AISBackup build 337 to test. Still the same: Destination: Y:\win2008\win2008.zip => Backup works, but changes the destination to \\pc-lm\y\win2008\win2008.zip => Next backup will fail with error 1222. \\pc-lm\y is located...
