Thanks for the special test version I have copied it over and e-mailed the backup log as you requested.
Is a backup log created when the tools/debug option is used? If so would it be worth me sending you a copy of the successful backup log?

Hi Barry,
I have tried backing up the c:\ drive as the local admin, but I have the same problem the user registry files are not backed up
