Is there any way to add nic drivers to the recovery image you have that can be installed to a USB drive. I can boot up and when I try to add the driver for the nic via the 'add driver' the driver is loaded but I suspect it just not the place for nic drivers as it has no way to get a dhcp address aft...

Aisbackup Restore CD
Should I have the option to create the Aisbackup Restore Cd on USB? my menu item just list the CD and not the USB, I am using the most current version

Could this also be considered to activate some trigger that would send an error condition so that someone could be alerted? maybe in a future version. It was several days, before I noticed the issue that I had not backed up anything in over a week.

I have gotten a little farther, however it appears that my FTP job creates the backup file on the local PC ( which is expected ) then appears to copy the file to the FTP server, however it then deletes it from the FTP server right away? here is the snipet below of the log file: 9:48:53 PM SSTART Com...

Sorry for the delay in my reply, I do believe this is now an FTP issue, we will straighten that out first. I will post my findings

Barry, I uninstalled Fam from one server and attempted to install the key on another, its give me a must contact aisbackup support and will not accept the key, is it now somehow tied to that mac address
