AISRSTR folder

Sometimes I have a C:\AISRSTR folder and sometimes I do not. At present I have this folder with many entries, one file in AISRSTR\Registry\Windows\System32\config\software.bak is 18 MB. Why do I have this folder? Do I need it. I have previously deleted this folder with apparently no ill effects but ...

Computer Powers Off

Sometimes when I attempt to run Registry Backup the process starts and then the computer instantly powers off (no messages). A normal power on does not work. I have to turn the power switch off at the back of the computer,wait,on again and then I can restart. The curious thing is it does not happen ...

Emergeny System Backup Latest Version

Using V1.9.2 Build 210. When I run the ESB for a second time it says "already backed up 0" although the files exist on my second drive at the correct location and proceeds to back up all files again. Other backups work OK. Is this by design to overcome the problem I had with the previous v...

Yes it is there. the install renamed it from aisbackup.key to aisbackup.aik.

AIS Key file

On upgrading to latest version the installation removed my Key file from the main folder. I have a backup copy. Should I place this back in the folder?
