Re: User defined buttons
However, It is possible for backup administrators to restrict AISBackup options (hide or password protect) using the Tools / Menu Administration option. Barry I forgot about this for a while, and tried it now (to hide the button and or disable it) but it don't work for some reason. The preview butt...

AISWatermark Problem
Sorry Barry, I don't see a forum for the AISWatermark program so had to put it on this one. I have a question about the program. It adds a line to the bottom and right side of the watermarked images. Do you know why? (The first 3 images are with AISWatermark and the last is with another program call...

I checked, and the mouse is in a v2 usb port on the back. The blue usb v3 ports are unused. I got it temp. fixed by going into bios and changing the Fast boot (off) option to on, then a usb boot menu appeared below that, so I set it to on. But I had to change the settings back or it wouldn't boot to...

No keyboard / mouse on boot menu
I just made an aisbackup USB boot disk. It booted up fine in BIOS, but I had no mouse or keyboard. The only thing I could do was select the keyboard type. Had to power off the pc to get out of the menu. No other keys worked and pc restart button didn't either. How can I get the mouse (usb) or keyboa...

9 years of XP come to an end
FYI, Barry: I was using v2.3 for years on my beloved XP sys and all was fine. It went belly up for good a week ago and had to get a new Intel i5 sys with the dreaded Win 7 on it. On the old sys, one USB 8gb drive would backup all of C: (the OS only) D: (all programs) and lots of E: (storage) space m...

Small Typo the on History page
Hi Barry, on http://aiscl.co.uk/version_history.php it says: The is a pre-requisite that the flash drive is formatted as NTFS, see help for details on how to do this as by default it is not possible to format a USB flash drive as NTFS under Windows XP or Windows Server 2003. should maybe read: There...

I have a problem. If you can't reproduce it, it must just be my system (Win XP Home SP2, Using AISBackup v2.8.0.392). http://i52.tinypic.com/2rcn4ts.jpg I checked first dialog box to 'always answer yes', but on subsequent restores, the second box shows and if I check the bottom box, then click Previ...
