It comes immediately after clicking a source of the backup.

I can send you a screen print if that would help, and yes, it is the Cancel, Try Again, or Continue error message.

>>Does the new job show at all - even if it is blank?<<

The new job shows everything needed, which makes me think the No Disk error is spurious.

But when I create a new job using the Custom Job tab, I do not get this error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AISBackup, to no avail. I am running WinXP SP3. TIA for...

Barry: I have worked through all of your suggestions, and am now wondering if the problem may be too much data on my system drive (157 GB). Would it be normal for AISBackup to take 10 hours to back up that much data to a USB drive (including high compression and verification)? I can e-mail you my sy...

I am a WinXP SP3 user and am having the same trouble (WAIK not installed). I have tried to download the Restore CD image three times through two different ISPs. Each time I get a message that the download failed. :(

Barry: I have two follow up questions: Question 1: >>To move the actual backup you should use the Manage Backup / Change Backup Destination option instead.<< Since you guys are roughly 7 hours ahead of me (I think that's right), I manually copied the files from F to G last night while I was sleeping...

I recently added an external USB drive (my G drive), and I wish to move my backup files off of the F drive to the G drive. 3. I right click on job 1 (which...
