Following the order you suggested. Removing the Manage Backup and then using Tools/ open job from backup media still resulted in an error. Having done that the Manage Backup became greyed out.

2.3.2 not accepting existing contents file
Loaded 2.3.2.300 . Running job says the backup has never been run before and wants to back up everything. Thought solution was simple - use the contents file on the backup media (the .bdb file) . When tried thos it first shows the loading bar then terminates with a message "cannot load *.bdb&qu...
