To remove files from the backup:

Manage Backup / Backup Maintenance

Navigate to the file and whilst holding Ctrl select each file you right to remove and then right click and choose Remove Selected Files, (or click first and whilst holding shift click the last). Select ‘All’ to confirm the removal of all selected files.

To remove the files from the actual backup click the enabled Delete buttons on the bottom left of the form then click Save.

To remove the same files from the files selected for backup use the Manage Backup / Modify Files and Folders option. Navigate to the files and then deselect, however, if the file is in a folder selected for backup right click the file and choose All But This File otherwise any new files created in this this folder will not be selected for backup.
